Just Eat the whole damn egg

I am very passionate about eggs. I don’t discriminate I’ll eat them in any form, scrambled, sunny side up, omelettes literally any form except raw and just the whites. I used to eat eggsegg whites all through highschool and I hated every minute of it. Egg whites are flat out disgusting, entire eggs are delicious as hell. Here’s why you should actually enjoy eggs, by eating the whole egg:

  1. Eggs are full of good stuff – eggs contain Luetin and Zeaxanthin which can help stop the effects of aging on our eyes. The egg yolk contains large amounts of these nutrients. Eggs also contain Vitamin A, deficiencies in this Vitamin can actually cause blindness. Eggs also contain Choline which helps build cell membranes and helps in the production of signalling molecules in the brain.
  2. Eggs fill you up- eggs induce feelings of fullness, which in turn reduces the amount of calories you intake.
  3. Eggs raise the roof and the good cholesterol- HDL (High Density Lipoprotein) is the good cholesterol . People who have higher levels of HDL tend to have a lower risk of heart disease and stroke. Eating eggs can increase your HDL.
  4. Eggs are a complete protein- Eggs contain all the amino acids and contain 6 grams of protein per egg. Protein helps build muscle, repair the body, and it helps with weight loss.

You can eat up to 3 eggs a day and you won’t die. Stop fearing the yolk, fry that shit up and eat it.
